Which is better option? Study here or go abroad for post-graduation?

There may be wide range of discussions and different opinions for decision of doing P.G. after m.b.b.s. I feel that you must take opinion of your seniors before making any decision. The seats are less compared to undergraduate seats which are high. In such situation one must either think of other options or must wait for 2-3 years for his/her turn to come. Going to USA may be better choice here. But is it really the only option? and if it is also hard to survive in USA then is 'better wait here'a good choice?
